Parks Edge

Parks Edge is a quiet family neighborhood located on the north side of town, across the street from Oakland Junior High and Oakland Park. Most of these spacious 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom duplexes have 1354 square feet of living space. We do have additional units that include an unfinished basement, adding approximately 675 square feet-ideal for the person with additional storage or workspace needs. The upper level consists of both bedrooms, one bath with his and her sinks, the kitchen and a large living room/dining room area connected to the kitchen. The master bedroom has direct access to the bathroom. The lower level houses a huge L-shaped living/family room with three oversized closets, the 2nd bathroom, utility room and the garage.
